Services

We provide tax preparation, bookkeeping, notary services, and business formation assistance. Estimates are provided free of charge and do not constitute a binding engagement until a service agreement is signed.

Your Responsibilities

• Promptly supply any documents requested to complete your return.
• Understand that you remain responsible for the accuracy of information submitted on your tax return.

Authorized E-File Provider

TP Credit & Tax Solutions is an authorized IRS e-file provider. Returns are prepared under an active PTIN by a named, accountable preparer.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client. Our services do not constitute legal advice.
